- AROMATIC & TEXTURED PROFILE Golden-amber in the glass with fragrant notes of orange peel, peach, dried sultana and acacia. The palate is rich, round and dry with subtle tannin texture and refreshing harmony.
- SKIN MACERATION & OAK AGEING Fermented via prolonged skin contact (up to one month), aged on lees in old 300 L French oak casks with bâtonnage for eight months to deliver depth without harshness.
