Panasonic EH-NA67 nanoe hair dryer - the one with the oscillating nozzle

The Panasonic EH-NA67 is the EH-NA65 with one addition: an oscillating quick-dry nozzle that automatically moves air from side to side. This prevents hot spots on your scalp, which is the sort of feature you don't think about until someone points out that holding a dryer in one position too long is what causes the burning sensation on top of your head.

The oscillating nozzle

The nozzle disperses airflow left and right automatically. 84% of users in Panasonic's testing agreed it spreads heat more evenly. In practical terms, you can dry your roots without constantly moving the dryer yourself. It's passive scalp protection, similar in intent to the Shark SpeedStyle's scalp shield but achieved through airflow direction rather than temperature reduction.

Same nanoe tech as the NA65

Nanoe moisture technology, 1,000 times more moisture retention than a basic dryer, independently tested at proDERM in Germany. If you've read our Panasonic EH-NA65 page, the core tech is identical. The NA67 adds the oscillating nozzle and nothing else. Same 2000W motor, same 600g weight, same 2.7m cable. Our what is ionic hair dryer article covers how nanoe differs from standard ionic.

Attachments and settings

Diffuser and concentrator included. Three speeds, four heat settings, cool shot. The four heat settings are more control than you get from most dryers at this price. Fine hair users appreciate the granularity. Our best hair dryer for fine hair guide covers heat management for delicate hair.

For curly hair, the diffuser is solid. Our best hair dryer for curly hair roundup includes Panasonic.

NA65 or NA67?

If scalp sensitivity is an issue for you, the NA67. If not, the NA65 does the same job for less. The oscillating nozzle is the only difference. Both have nanoe, both have diffusers, both have four heat settings.

Our best professional hair dryer guide puts both Panasonic models against the competition. For a wider look, our best hair dryer UK roundup covers all price points.
